INTERIOR DESIGNER

My inspiration for this project was taken from my yearly trips to New England for the past 25 years. Starting from the outside of the property, you are greeted by a calming color palet that gives you a sence of the weathered shingle style color found on the houses of the Cape. You open a main front door painted a welcoming blue, one of the tradtional New England front door colors. Once inside, you get a sense of a space that feels slightly traditional, yet very causal, much like a Nantucket home. The use of light tones in the finishes, with pops of color from wallaper and accent walls, makes you feel like the space has a sence of history. Windows looking out on the surrounding areas green elements, trees, grass, bushes, takes you to a place of relaxation and tranquilty. Overall, the property was designed to have a causal New England feel, with modern touches reflecting the timelessness of the Atlantic Coastal vibe.
